- Warranty does not cover scratches on the lenses or the frames, stretching of the frames or accidental damage caused through general use. Scratches on lenses and frames are considered wear and tear and are not covered under warranty.
- You must register your sunglasses for the warranty by following the instructions on the card that will come inside of your case. Warranty claims cannot be honored if you do not do this.
